Before starting sex work, it is very important to ask yourself what motivates you to get into this activity: a quick need for money? A fantasy? Oftentimes does this activity differ from what one had imagined. It is also quite difficult to have to to hide your activity from your closest ones. Loneliness can be tremendous.
If you are determined to give sexwork a try, then there are several ways to work:
CMTP is a participatory project run by escorts for escort and their associations: it is in no way an agency. On CMTP, you create your ad independently and earn your living independently. However, getting started in sex work is an adventure and comes with many challenges: an association near you will surely help you better prepare or find alternative solutions in the event that sex work is a last resort activity.
CMTP has created a secure interface for you as an escort, and all data stored there belongs to you. To delete your profile: log in and click the delete button at the top of your profile/ad. To delete your account, you can request it at any time by contacting us, providing the email address you used to create your account. If your account is deleted, all your data and profiles are permanently erased.
CMTP is not an agency, but an inter-association project that offers an ad space managed by escorts for escorts. The ads are therefore free, the prices are unrestricted and paid directly by the client to the escorts. CMTP does not take a margin.
If you want to make a living from sex work in Switzerland, find out about the canton where you work. Does it have a law on prostitution ( LProst )? A regulation implementing this law ( RProst )? Many cantons require you to register as a sex worker with the police and sometimes even attend information sessions. Others require you to work in commercial premises declared as a place of prostitution. You will find all the information here.
Many cantons, especially in French-speaking Switzerland, require registration as a sex worker. You can find more information by visiting the ProCoRe website and selecting the canton in which you want to work. You can also simply contact one of the cantonal sex worker support and assistance associations near you.
CMTP is a libertarian and sex-positive space. As long as we respect the legal framework, sexuality and nudity are neither judged nor condemned. Also, you can post any type of photos you deem necessary. However, we advise you to never post a photo of your genitals on the front page of your profile, as this may repel some good clients (and it generally harms the overall browsing atmosphere on CMTP, which is intended to be erotic and not pornographic). We also advise you to never post nudes with body and face being showed on the same picture. A photo of each is more prudent, because a malicious person wishing to blackmail you will never be able to prove that a portrait they come across corresponds to the body associated with it on the profile. You will therefore be able to deny your involvement in sex work much more easily to those close to you if this proves necessary in the context of unfortunate blackmail.
There are many associations in Switzerland to support you, don’t hesitate to contact the one near you!
Once logged in, in the top menu of your profile, click on the 2nd button from the left « Boost »: your ad will be visible as a priority for the next 24 hours and it will be enhanced with a star.

Sex work is a very demanding and stigmatized activity. You will need to have high self-esteem to defy the stigma, and an ability to take care of yourself and set clear boundaries with clients to maintain good physical and mental health. Sometimes, people decide to try sex work as a last resort to save a seemingly inextricable financial situation. Often, this turns out to be unsuccessful (too much shame and/or not enough money) and generates a situation of even greater psychological vulnerability. If this is the case, CMTP can only urge you to contact the nearest sex worker support association to consider other options available to you.
Income from sex work varies greatly and depends on several factors:
To ensure your digital security and prevent harassment and blackmail, we would advise :
Sometimes, malicious clients remove their condoms during intercourse. In this case, you are exposed to two risks, even if the client does not ejaculate inside you: the risk of contracting a sexually transmitted infection (STI) and the risk of an unwanted pregnancy.
To avoid STIs, you must first be vaccinated against hepatitis B and HPV before this situation arises. To avoid HIV infection, you must either have taken HIV PrEP as pre-exposure prophylaxis during periods of sex work or hurry to take HIV PEP (post- exposure prophylaxis) after this problematic intercourse – within 48 hours (ideally within 24 hours). To avoid bacterial infections such as syphilis, chlamydia and gonorrhea, it will be necessary to take doxyPEP (post-exposure prophylaxis with doxycycline). This is a new strategy for preventing STIs. It consists of taking an antibiotic (doxycycline in two 100 mg tablets or one 200 mg tablet) after unprotected intercourse (between 24 hours and 72 hours maximum after intercourse). If you did not use contraception: think about the morning-after pill!
A penis is on average 13 cm long and 4 cm in diameter. An unexcited and unlubricated vagina is on average 12 cm long and 3 cm wide. However, during intercourse, the muscles of the vaginal walls relax, the walls of the vagina become lubricated and the vagina can then double in width and length. Also, all sizes of penis will finally fit without problem if the woman is aroused. The bottom of the vagina is made up of the cervix: the wall of the uterus is a very strong, extensible muscle (it resists the passage of a baby’s head!): it will be able to withstand the pressure of a penis very well, even if taht penis is long, thick and hits hard. There are even women who will say that feeling the glans hitting against the cervix is orgasmic. Others may, however, experience pain: most of the time, this pain is not due to the extension of the vagina, but to the vibrations transmitted to the suspensory ligaments of the vagina. This is called deep dyspareunia. These ligaments may be inflamed before intercourse by an infection or undiagnosed endometriosis: this is a warning sign that requires a consultation with a gynecologist. However, if the escort is worried, her pelvic floor could be contracted and the entrance of the penis could hurt. If she is not at all aroused, she may not lubricate and not see her vagina dilate. It will then be a matter of using a lot of lubricant and being gentle and giving the vagina time to respond to penetration.
Did the condom break during sex? Or did you forget to take your pill? If there’s a problem with your contraception, it’s possible to avoid an unwanted pregnancy by using emergency contraception. The sooner you take it, the more effective it will be. In Switzerland, the « morning-after pill » is available in pharmacies, many sexual health centers (formerly family planning), or from your doctor. There are two methods of emergency contraception: hormonal emergency contraception (the « morning-after pill« ) and mechanical emergency contraception (the « copper IUD »).
Sometimes it’s not possible to avoid working during your period. For some women, this period also sees their libido take a lift. In order to practice penetration without your partner realizing that you have your period, there are intravaginal devices specially designed for this. These are small, single-use sponges that you insert deep into the vagina, right against the cervix. A small hole then allows you to easily remove it. If you have difficulty removing the sponge, squat in the shower: the position narrows the vagina, making it easier to grip, and the sponge, weighed down by blood or water, may then come out more easily. Sponges are found in pharmacies under the name » europharma « , some sex shops also sell them, they have an absorption time of 4 to 8 hours like a tampon. Do not use natural sponges or baby wipes: as they are not designed for internal use, pieces can come off, remain in the vagina and cause an infection…
